In 1981, the Lindsay Family established Bri-Lin Forms Handling Service, Co. in Los Angeles, California. The company’s mission was to provide service for forms processing equipment and to develop new and innovative products for both pre and post processing of business forms. In 1992, the company moved its operation from Los Angeles, California to New Hampshire changing its strategic focus from service to developing a new pressure-sealing device for the self-mailer market. In September 1997 the partners elected to incorporate, changing the name to Bri-Lin Incorporated.

As the Innovator in Pressure Seal Technology, Bri-Lin has patented a new concept in the development of a folder sealer that will move pressure seal equipment into a new level of cost and performance. Bri-Lin, Incorporated is privately owned and operated at its World-wide headquarters in Rochester, NH. The company designs and manufactures a "complete" line of pressure seal, paper folders, conveyor systems, and custom solutions for small-to-medium size and high volume post processing operations.
